Cinematic Cut Scene issue!

Not sure if this belongs here or in the bug section...

Every Cinematic Cut Scene I have in the game(intro, magitek people one, ect) The top half of the screen goes black! I can only see the Lower half of the Cut Scene.

Now one of my favorite parts of the game are the Cinematic Cut Scenes and to miss out on them kind of blows. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Or is anyone else having this issue?


I am using Windows 7. This started in Beta P4.

That is due to a certain update that Windows rolled out!
Forgot entirely the name of the update, gomen.

What you want to do is update it even further as a later update supposedly fixed the issue!

Run your Windows update.
