PSN Pre-Order Trouble

I pre-ordered ps3 standard edition from the NA PSN store, is it linkable to an EU square-enix account?

I also receive "Cannot Launch FINAL FANTASY XIVL A Realm Reborn. Please register the promotion code included with your package or download. A re-install will not be necessary."

I have early access in my service list but i have no code to enter here and it wont let me past this screen.

If you bought it from the NA store, no.

I think you need an NA SE account to link to the game.
