post restrictions bugging out!

first and only post today tried in general chat came up your character does not meet the requirements blah blah blah.

but upon reviewing the posting rules AGAIN just to be sure it states a main character of level 20 has 3 posts per day and that the clock is reset every 24 hrs which would have past a few hrs ago before i tried to post.

bad enough you have a really really horrible system in place to allow lazy moderation of the forums instead of welcoming player interaction and dealing with harassment or flame wars like any other company would by actually monitoring the forums with staff . alas this is SE we're talking about and it takes three days after an event for them to even acknowledge something happened and write up a form letter apologizing about it while begging we excuse the inconvenience and continue to purchase the products.
