Can anyone explain why my Account manager has no knowledge of my PS3 account? I downloaded the Early Access just fine and updated the client again. Everything is fine on the PS3, bot not on my account. What do I do?

Can anyone explain why my Account manager has no knowledge of my PS3 account? I downloaded the Early Access just fine and updated the client again. Everything is fine on the PS3, bot not on my account. What do I do?
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
