Are you kidding me?
I survived the 3102 error and I didn't complain, I put in a ticket yesterday with no response and i'm doing alright but when i spend 2-3 hours waiting on customer service on my one day off work where I could be out and enjoying myself and have it " cancel when i reach the number one spot"

Doesn't surprise me. Took Square-Enix over 30 days to respond to my ticket with a "Talk to someone else" response.

I'm Sorry, I genuinely feel really terrible for everyone having all these issues. I got away relatively free of issues with everything so now I'm just waiting for my laptop to explode tomorrow. :(

I've read exactly what you wrote at least a dozen times now. Safe to say they're doing it on purpose when they look at your issue. Terrible... just terrible.

I've managed to make my way to position 20 since i posted this thread. Pretty sure this is my last try at customer support before the chat closes today. Going to be really disappointed if i get blown off again or don't find a fix to my problem.

I waited over 2 hours and when it was finally my turn they just said to wait until square enix comes out with a solution for my problem and promptly closed the chat before I could ask anything else.

If it makes ya feel any better, its technically not SE. If I'm not mistaken I read some years ago during my tenure in Vana'diel that Sony handles Customer Service for SE for the US/EU. Even the servers I thought were hosted by Sony since they have the most experience handling online servers.
