SE please acknowledge the patch errors.

Could you (SE) please acknowledge somewhere that you are atleast aware of the errors and are working on them? Twitter, FB, even the launcher news section.. anything.

To those that are going to be like, "They're 24hrs from launch, I'm sure they know." I fully agree, but my concern is SE's complete lack of communication to the player community about these errors, as was apparent with the beta phases, where it took them upwards of 2 days to acknowledge the problem publicly. I just want to know they're atleast reading their customers' issues.
