Received a email saying it reset my preoder code yet again gave me EU code

so im one of the people that got stuck with the EU code instead of NA code issue and even more worse tried contacting the chat support and also sent a ticket ( 2 days ago) got no answer from the ticket and chat says there's no active support to chat with me.
Yet just minutes ago i received an e-mail saying that my code was reset however when i tried redeeming it , it still gave me the same EU code as yesterday. so basically with the EA just around the corner im losing my hope of playing it tomorrow QQ
