You will get those tomorrow, they are the standard pre-order bonuses. The CE comes with additional bonus in game items that will not be available until launch. If you did not order the CE, you can still obtain the extra items for $20.

They should be account based from everything I have read so any character you make should be able to get them in mog mail.

I read his question as to whether or not he can collect them on every character. I can see how it can be interpreted both ways ^^; My mistake if I misunderstood.
