Hi, I'm posting on behalf of a friend. He has this problem since phase 4. Have not gone pass the black screen to the login page before. Searched all forums and tried all methods but still no avail. Even posted to SE support centre, but no reply. Please help.

Yes. Got stuck at the black screen just after running the client. Does the spec of his com matter? Cos he could run the benchmark without any problems and got a good score even.
That's weird. o0; I'd say try updating your drivers, but I kind of doubt that'll do anything. If he runs the benchmark now, does it work fine or black screen too?
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
