Sub class question

if you are levelling a paladin does levelling your conj to 50 have an effect on the class or can you only cross use skills up to the lv of a 25 conj?

Its different for each class, you can't even use all the skills for your 2 job's cross classes, only select ones. For example, the highest level CNJ skill the paladin can use is Stoneskin at level 34 CNJ. See below (man I'm getting a lot of mileage out of that post):
