PS3 Invalid Code. Call em them they will fix it

Ok so I got the # for SE support line and got my ps3 download code fixed.

I was on hold for 2 hours so your wait may be long but it will be fixed. If you haven't opened a ticket yet also open a ticket it will be easier to finish it.

Remember the people on the other end of the line have been dealing with this all day so please be nice to them.

Not sure why, but every time I call this number, I get a disconnected tone and can't get through. I don't know if their system is just so over-whelmed or what. :(

LAST LINE IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I worked in phone service for a year for a big company before, not naming names, and they got constant complaints from people. I understood people were frustrated with their products and such, but they were taking it out on me, and my job was just to take their calls and try to HELP them, so it was really awful.

The people at the other end of the line aren't the ones responsible for your problems! They're the ones responsible for trying to HELP you solve your problem. Be nice to them, make their day!

I would be more than willing to be nice but call won't even go through...

It's most likely that their lines are being called too much. Give it a bit, keep trying.

Glad you were able to get your code fixed, however two hours of long distance (international for me) isn't really an option for some of us.

Waiting two business days from the time our email tickets are received is a pretty crap option as well, since we'll be post-release by then.

And waiting two hours to be first in queue for chat assistance, only to be kicked from the queue because "There are no agents available to chat with you right now" was pretty demoralizing.

Feels like some of us are just out of luck, unless the heavens part and our invalid codes miraculously start working.

Your hail mary is ordering from amazon, getting a code within an hour and then cancelling your order.
