Came across this and was a little stunned.

Probably best not to link to that on official SE forums. It looks like someone scanned a copy of a book included in the Collectors Edition of the game. This is technically piracy and will probably get taken down.

The first page material maybe, but I hardly think they are OK with the link on the first post of OPs link.
