Will we be able to rewatch class cutscenes?

I just thought I might want to rewatch some of these cutscenes later, can we use the tome in our bedroom to do so?

From what I've been able to tell/read on the forums, when you go to an Inn, there is a book on the nightstand. Interacting with said book will let you replay any cutscene you have unlocked so far.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm maybe 99% sure.

You are correct. For the long ones you can even skip to certain parts of the cut scenes.

Yep it is accessible at your Inn-house.

You are correct, The Unending Journal, which is located in your Inn will allow you to replay previously unlocked cutscenes
