Patcher Crashes

Yup, im sure its already been said but:

I am onto the 9th try now.

My patcher crashes on reaching the last 10% or so, every time. I don't get an error message, the window just goes black and then it doesn't do anything.

Help? :/

Re downloading the game is not an option. I have less than a 200kbps download speed, that would take me at least 3-4 days. (Yes, my connection is capable of playing mmos and fps's just fine. The line connection is fine, only download is rubbish)

Please dont tell me Square broke the patcher and that we'll have to redownload yet again...I will be a very sad kitty :(

Why is there not a pause/resume option on the patcher client? That would probably solve my problem...
