Cannot add one-time password (mobile) and support login does not work
Hello, I've tried to attach mobile (android) one-time password to my account and am unable to do so. When I login to the account management site the one-time password section tells me I have not registered any FFXIV or FFXI license on my account and because of that cannot attach one-time password to my account.
I have not received any other code than early access (which was yesterday or the day before). I've pre-ordered from the EU square enix store. For some reason my account management website tells me I have FFXIV that's registered on 21th of July even though I bought the game august 7th. (the eu ffxiv site just tells me I have the game registered on 7th of august)
I would have contacted support, but also am unable to do so because of the following error message.

Also I was able to download the early access client.
Why can't I attach one-time password, why does it tell me I have not registered the game? (which I have never received any key to, but on the eu website it does say registered on august 7th)
