"No Valid Service" PS3 [XMB] Mail.

As you all know(PS3 Digital Buyers) we have an issue. So...

This thread is only for; if or when you get your PS3 [XMB] Mail. I hope people would be kind enough and post when they got it so the rest of us can check our Mail. Do not post unless you got your PS3 [XMB] Mail.

Hopefully we will see something before Early Access starts! Thanks in advance.

Good idea, but if no one posts, the thread will get buried. You are aware of this right? A better rule would be to not bring up OTHER issues unrelated to this Aug 13-15 problem here. EU code instead of NA one? Sorry about that but wrong thread. etc....

True. Ok yeah, only post about this issue.

Like many of you I woke up today hoping they had already addressed it... But I wasn't counting on it either. Ill keep a close look on the XMB, and for the record, before I investigated much I DID re download the client. My only thought was that I should have deleted the older one manually since when I hit install it seems to have just deleted the new one, since my client still says 8/13 ah well. I know, that square-enix knows how loud and whiny their populous can be when they feel merited.

I hate that seeing how these things go sometimes... don't forget that Yoshi could have simply decided everyone in on 27th. Or that EARLY ACCESS could have been simply 24 hours. The only business side of it is to get half of folks logged in before the other half. It doesn't require 4 days, hes being generous... Ill just have to be hopeful. I got my brother and sis-in law all the way to "wait for early release" Ill be so disappointed if they are both playing and I'm not. They didn't even know about ARR.

That's the thing. Early Access is Launch(For us who Pre-ordered). This will go on till the 27th.

im kinda confused here, this the the latest error that prevents us the buyers of the NA digital copy of the game from logging in and dl the patch right? coz i just got the error.

Yes, If you bought FFXIV through PSN on the 13-15th you are bugged.

I really don't understand why don't they just refund us money in PSN and let us re-preorder it again...that's will be easier than fixing the issue.

Just so everybody who is not having the issue knows.

1 - We bought via PSN. According to terms and services, we DO NOT get refunds.

2 - PSN took our money day and date of purchase. My cc says - 29.99$ and PSN sent me a reciept.

3 - We know whats going on. We are just venting.

Now if we say pre orderd through SE or anybody else, we would be entitled to a refund.

But alas, we are not. So now you know our frustration. Please let us vent. It helps.

Aww man! again!? SE does know that EA going to starts in less than 24 hours right?
