Need Help!!! PS3 Sign in locked.

I received my early access code and entered it in the play station store. I did not down load the client because I was in Beta. During beta for ps3 I did not use my legacy account I set up a new account so my son could try it out. Now when I go to sign in to link the early access to my Legacy account I can't. The ID I used for my son to try the account is in the User ID and it is grayed out I cannot change it. I then deleted all FFXIV info on PS3 went back into the PS3 store down loaded the client and behold when I went to sign in had the same issue. I want the Preorder items on my legacy account I thought you could have multiple accounts on your PSN account but I guess not. If I make a new PSN account will I then be able to link the early access to my legacy account?

I didn't really get the option to link it to a account it automatically linked itself when I entered the registration code I thought I would have had to sign in to FFXIV to do that but it linked to the psn account I was signed into automatically.It won't even let me change the user ID so I can log into the ps3 on my legacy account.

I never got signed into my legacy account to link it to that SE account because for some strange reason the ID sign in is locked out with the beta sign in.This is my biggest issue because even if I didn't want early access or the items I now cant even change the user ID to use my legacy account on the PS3. Guess I go through SE's dreaded support service to figure out the lock out issue.Love SE games but the support is painful to deal with. Oh and I never went that far into my beta account to actually link it I backed out before I made that mistake lol.

I also did play beta phase 3 on that same sign in with my legacy account so they should both be on the same PSN account if I could only change the sign in to the game.

You most likely have your legacy account deactivated. I would flip them using account manager. Deactive the one you made for your son to try the game. Activate the legacy account.

Just pre-order the game again for an new code. Although if you are legacy you should have early-access already. Not sure if that includes the items though.
