New LTW tool

This is the new LTW tool. Can someone please explain this to me:

Where I come from this word is reserved for seedy bars and dimly lit cigar rooms. Don't get me wrong, I find it a little funny, and I'm not 'up in arms' by any means.

Can anyone explain this though? I can't be the only one who has noticed this, I mean there's a big South American community for this game and Spanish is the second most spoken language in NA.

I have tried to look for some kind of roots in different languages for similar sounding words to no avail. Seriously, what's up?

Idk, feel like we could find a lot of dirty words if we're gonna look at slang from every language :p
