Problem with service accounts

So during beta P4, I decided I would download the PS3 client and play on there. However after linking my PSN to my SE management account, another service account was created called Service account 2. throughout the whole P4 beta I was unable to log into service account 1 which has my legacy character on it.

I'm concerned it will be the same for early access and that ill have to download the PC client to see if it will work on PC....

Has anyone else had this issue, or is there a way to fix this??

Also my legacy character doesn't even appear when I log in on here only my service account 2 character.
