So i just waited in the queue for like 2 hours and spoke to support agent, gave him all the news as to how i accidentally purchased a EU FF14, He wanted all my infomation, confirmed it all then was able to give me a NA early access key after all of this. I am very thankful to him and hopefully if anyone else had the same issue as me, you can resolve it by going to support!

Everyone gives links to live chat support, and when i follow the links, i keep getting email... which they never respond to... :<
I figured out the issue, it only gives u that option, as long as u dont select FFXIV or FFXIV ARR as categories.
Stick to just SE support, and u'll get a chat option.
