Do what the EU code people are doing, Cancel the Preorder and reorder. Probably best to do it at a different place.

If you have a registration code or an early access code go here http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ to redeem it. If only a registration code, once you register it, you will recieve a 20 digit EA code that you can then unlock early access with.

Did you get a receipt for the pre order from SE or game stop where it has an SKU for your Pre order package? Maybe in your email or the receipt from gamestop may have it on there. If not Id do what was suggested and get your money back from game stop and re-order.
