Race change

Hello guys, I was wondering if I missed this or not, but do you guys know if we'll be able to race change? like WoW service where it's 25$ to change race?

EDIT: I think it will become available once the game start. Then you should be able to choose your method of payment and thing like that.
You just need to pay for 30 days to get one of these ^^

Yep you'll be able to acquire the Phial of Fantasia by subbing for a month :D
