Is there anyway we can apply the legacy tattoo to new characters we make? I wanted to start off on a non-legacy server and don't have the tattoo on her. Also for some reason I made a new character on a JP legacy server during the 3102 error and she has a legacy tattoo. I would just love to have it on all my characters, regardless of server.

EDIT: all 1.0 players get the tattoo, Legacy or not
EDIT2: maybe with the barber shop they will add more body tattoos but that specific one is only intended for 1.0 characters so no way to put it on any other character I believe, even if you played 1.0 with another character -
