Second Account Question

I previously had version ffxiv 1.0 on my SE account. I have pre-ordered a ps3 CE version that was linked to my SE account. When ARR launches I would like to use my ps3 for my main character and use the 1.0 PC version on launch for a second service on my account. Is it possible to make the 1.0 version a second service and create new characters on that.? I want to keep my original characters on ps3.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
