Wondering what all the crafter out there think the best/Favorite DOH class is and why they think that.
Lets show some love for our Favorite Class
I think Weaver is the best class followed closely by Blacksmith. Mostly for the fact hat you can craft the field gear you need to be able to be more effective, instead of having to buy it and who can argue with a class that makes the Tools for the DOH classes
Vendors suck! Make all your own stuff. Get dat Gil!!!
I honestly don't know yet.
At the end of 1.0 I realized that I had the best chance of leveling my DoH classes because of the dated recipes that were still around. So I leveled 4 different DoH classes to 50 - 10 days each. CRP/WVR/LTW/ARM. My first DoH was GLD. I still have BSM to go.
I really was wanting GLD to be my favorite. It was a dud in 1.0 but I'm hoping in 2.0 its much more popular!
GLD did you mean Goldsmithing?? its gSM gld is gladiator but yeah GSM is fun and very profitable if you are mining all your raw jewels Jewels = Gil
ALC and WVR so far are my favorite, but I haven't tried out GSM yet.
Did not play in 1.0 but I have loved GSM and BSM during phase 3 and 4. Mainly because I actually enjoy mining and find it a breeze to level them because of that.
I really loved Leatherworker in B3 but in B4 I apparently got sucked into Goldsmithing and armorsmithing........ how I don't know since the only classes I have leveled atm are casters :S
ive always loved goldsmith. materials are mostly easy to find and hq jewelry was pretty easy to make in 1.0.
I like WVR the best, because of the positive feedback loop for stat bonuses. In OB I just kept all my gear and then used it to quickly level a bunch of the other crafting classes. And the gathering gear too! You can't go wrong with leveling weaver first.
100% It's been a blast to craft gear that enhances my crafting and gathering, every other DOH class should go much smoother after Weaver is leveled up sufficiently!
I can't even describe how much I love weaving as a class! It's incredibly useful, and fun too! =D
