I checked my SE account management page and under list subsciptions I do not see my character being listed. Anyone seeing the same thing? I could still see my account has legacy icon though.

Same thing is happening with me. I don't think it'll show our characters until we update our subscription payments. Probably after the first time you pay, your account will update.
I could be 100% wrong about all of this btw. Sorry >.>;
EDIT: The poster below me has better information than I do. Neither of my accounts are currently showing my characters. I don't know what that SE account is all about, but I was referring to the FFXIV account management page in my post. Ack SE! Why so many account pages ,_,? Either way I wouldn't worry about it right now. I'm sure things will update come first payment and launch ^^b -

Based off what a community rep said, the new MogStation site will be handling Subscriptions, code entry, Veteran Rewards, etc.
The SE Account Management is like this for everyone atm. I can only assume it is being phased out for the MogStation site on release for ARR. -
