Early access code not long enough?

Hello, I got my pre-order early access code and it is only 18 characters long? The website for entering the code calls for 20. Please help! :D

You enter the 18 code at

http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/

and it will give you the 20 code. (can swap the na for eu)

The pop up with your 20 code will have a link to go register it.
