Collector DLC problem

I did not received Warrior of Light Helmet, Mini Behemoth Companion, Coeurl Mount, and Behemoth Chocobo Armour on my collector edition i bought on PC only mog cap and something els i forgot.

You'll receive a different code on launch day for those items from my understanding.

The code we all received was for early access and mog cap and minion.
