Please help with payment and EU/NA options

I am having trouble understanding how all that EU / NA thing and payment work.

- I already played the beta in an EU server.
- I live in Israel (I guess that's EU when it comes to final fantasy)


I want to know how can I pre-order the game to get early access. I prefer paying in dollars instead of Euros, but when I enter the NA shop my country is not listed, but it is listed in the EU shop.

Questions:

- Can I buy the game trough the NA shop without putting my country or choosing either a US country and use the code to play the game, when I already have a character in the EU serveR?
- Or - I must buy the game through the EU store and pay in Euro?
- Is there an option to pay with PayPal?

I also want to add the the client saying "No valid or active service account is available to play ..." , I can understand that. But below that the client sends me to a page there I see linke to the NA store, not the EU store (http://entry.ffxiv.com/pre-order_code/na). To I am confused - should I order from the NA instead of EU? -- Is there is something like EU and NA client?

I am trying to reach the support using the contact tickets but that's 4 days and they didn't respond to my ticket.

I just can't understand why I need to go through all that hell in order to play this game.

Can you pleasem please advice guys, I am in the point of giving up.

You just should know, that region of game you buy must be the same as your account's region. All game keys are region locked. So if you buy in NA store, you can only apply key to NA account.

There is option to pay with PayPal from EU store, but if your PayPal is in $, you payment will be converted

Also, servers are not region locked, so even if you own NA version you can play on EU servers and JP servers too.

You can buy it in any region regardless of what your account is set to (Regions don't matter on the servers, only when registering your game)
Otherwise you get stuck with a game you can't register because of your account settings, which cannot be changed.

- So I understand that there isn't an option to pay in USD. Which means that because I live in EU region I have to pay in Euro, right?
- Second, what is the monthly subscription fee for EU?
- Can I pay with PayPal?

I'm pretty sure Account management allows you to have few payment methods bound to account, so I would assume that "yes". But since all account management connected to FF XIV ARR will be done via unreleased mogstation site, I can't say "yes" for sure.
