Early access code from EU.

I bought the CE from an Ebay seller in Europe. The code he gave me is obviously from EU. What should I do....

Edit: I'm in Canada. I don't know what to do or what the problem is.

...whats the problem? You're not European? As long as you can apply the code you can choose any server when you log in, NA or EU

I'm in Canada. I'm getting Error 1 at the beginning, and if I wait a few minutes, it changes to Error 3.

Were you able to retrieve your EA code? Should be no problem now.
