So, I'm one of the few that's playing from Singapore. Since it's not in SE's list of countries in the registration, I placed myself under Australia and managed to get registered under EU. I have to use a proxy to access the forums, though.
Anyway, I got the physical copy of the game earlier on, with the Registration Code and Product Registration code. For some reason, both of them isn't working.
I followed the EU link from the Mog Station after logging into the game client and ended up in a Pre-Order Code Registration page.
After entering the code (yes, checked for typos, tested with and without caps), the page says that "The entered code is invalid."
The service accounts page says that "Code registration is currently unavailable."
As for the product registration part @ http://member.eu.square-enix.com ,
it also says that the code is invalid.
I've tried both sites with and without proxy, on Chrome and Firefox.
Are the services down, or am I just having weird problems?
