One Time Password Setup
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong? Whenever I go to try and register for a one time password token, it tells me I have no games registered, but if I click over on the same page menu to account status it shows XIV as being registered.
The message it gives me is: "You are currently unable to use this service. The service will become available once you have purchased either FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV and registered the accompanying registration code."
Any feedback would be helpful.

Well since like everyone you don't have game key or a subscription to FFXIV:ARR then its not going to work. I would suggest trying again once the game is actually live.

As a 1.0 player I still show the old XIV registered so it let me attach the one time password no problem . If all you have is the Pre order code applied I would imagine that is where you problem Lies. Once you attach the real game code to your account I am pretty sure you can attach the token or phone app.

The EA code is not considered a game code, and you will need to wait until you register your game code to your account on Tuesday, unfortunately.. I have been having the same issue.. :(

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
