So what is going to be done about this?

I have a code that does not fit because it is an EU one. I want early access as I ordered the game at the correct time. What is being done to fix this? I really wanted to play Final Fantasy, but after seeing the beta with the amount of 90000 errors that everyone was getting, and now this code issue, it's seeming as if this game is far from polished.

Any support or help with this issue?

You re-redeem your 18 digit code and it gives you a new NA 20 digit code. Thats the fix that has been implemented since yesterday.
