Getting Really Annoyed Please Help!

I Pre-Ordered the collectors edition i have my pre order code for the early access but i cant log in to type the code as it keeps saying my email or password is wrong yet i can log into every other square enix website and forum?!... can someone tell me how to resolve this or if i can register my code another way?...


EDIT: Typical as soon as i start a post it decides to work never mind :D see you in game!

On the new website you can delete whatever account is tied to your email address and create a new one (with the same email address). I had the same thing happen to me and that's what I did.

I agree but SE's world class lack of C Service makes that a pipe dream. they can create amazing advertisements for the products but simply can't deal with the public like a professional company. this leads to thousands of HELP! threads and "I'm sick of this" replies.

Also just remember, that's only your Pre-Order access code, for the early access and mog hat and cait sith minion. It is not the code for your CE items. That code will come with your physical copy of the CE. IF you got the digital download copy, then I don't know when you'll get it. Probably in an e-mail in the near future.

Perhaps a n00b question, but how are you guys getting your EA codes? I preordered the digital CE version from SE directly, but still haven't received it; upon preorder, I did get a code that's in the 6-3-6-3 format, but the site won't accept it. Any insight would be appreciated, as I could not find any information on my own.

make sure you are using the right region. there is a small language icon near bottom of page with either union jack or the stars and stripes beside the "english"
if its wrong change it then log out and back in should be correct when you get back in then try your 6-3-6-3 code again.

Finally found it in another thread. You have to go to http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and enter the 6-3-6-3 code there.

Edit: After you enter the 6-3-6-3 code there, you will be provided the EA code to attach to your account.
