Upcoming Changes To Billing?

Okay, can I get someone to lay out what we know about what's going to happen with billing in the future?

• What is Mogstation?
• Is it replacing Square-Enix Account Management?
• If so, will it also handle Final Fantasy XI registration and management?
• What happens to Crysta?
• If Crysta is going away, will I be credited in Mogstation so I can still use the $80/$90 I put in for my subscription?

1. Mog Station will be the new exclusive servicer center for FFXIV : ARR handling account and billing details.
2. No one has confirmed that at this time, as SE has other games.

Yes, FFXIV:Mogstation will be for all account purposes, including your veteran rewards, character management and payment information.

Currently the site isn't live yet, so we'll have to wait and see exactly how it works.

As far as I can see FFXI is still handled via the Square Account Mangament page unless they've decided to change this.

(Crysta is here to stay as far as I recall)

Do we have any links to documentation on what they're doing?

If they were going to add a 'Cash Shop' this is what our characters would be redeeming in-game for items. 100 Crysta = $1.00. You can use Crystal to pay your Subscription fees and to purchase Security Tokens at the moment... Crysta will also likely be used to pay for World Jumps.

It was originally implemented at the launch of V1, but was never really put to use that much.

I hope to find out about this as well as this is (to my knowledge) the only way I can link a credit card to my account so I can pay for FFXIV.
