How To Change My 1.0 Name on Forums

Hey there everyone! I played 1.0 for over a year and am starting fresh with a new character. I would like to change my name on forums to reflect the fact that I am starting over anew.

I understand that they want to prevent people from posting negatively, and then changing their name right after, so I would recommend that they at least give everyone a 1 time reset for those of us who played 1.0. If anyone has any info on this, please help.

Once you choose your name for the forums you're stuck with it, I believe there was a warning about this when you first signed up for the forums. However if you contact support you may be able to arrange a change of name.

Even with ARR, I don't think it'll matter too much what your forum name is personally most people look for the character name anyway.

Well I look at the peoples Forum names because it's a cluttermess with the stuff on the side.
It needs to go.

Here and there.
I messed up my name and I contacted support about it.
