LUCKY Free Company

Hey everyone!

Seeing as there are plenty of end level free companies showing up here, I'd like to extend to everyone an invitation to our own free company, LUCKY.

We are just starting this Free Company and linkshell as of beta phase 4, so plenty of room for new members still.

Our hours are predominantly US central / eastern time (GMT-5/6?).

LUCKY would be a great place for any new players on Balmung who don't feel like they quite fit in with all these old timers around, or someone who played 1.0, but doesn't have all the levels to join an endgame only FC. Of course, anyone is welcome to join if you have a team-oriented personality. High level people who are willing to help out new members and friends would be nice, too.

If you already have a free company, you are welcome to join up with our linkshell for now and see what we are like.

I wanted to outline our current goals here:

1)get new players started enjoying the main story and encourage them to try all of the classes. We want our members to be able to try out healing, tanking, dps, every class in a secure environment with each other where they won't be harrassed or afraid. This is important in building an understanding of how a team works in an MMORPG. At first, we will likely do a lot of dungeon running with other members to get everyone their first level 50.

2)explore and learn about the game and what it has to offer. We want to experience as many different types of content as possible so we can discover just what it is we want to do in the v2.0. There is a lot of new content and different changes from v1.0. Let's learn together what is out there and then we can achieve our goals.

3)once we have the members and levels, start up endgame runs for challenge and that gear. Ideally, we will have enough members to do runs on and off a schedule.

Hi Vulix! I must admit I'm interested in your FC.

My 1.0 LS used to be similar to what you are describing (helping new players). They helped me reach level 50 and then I also helped others reach level 50 and learn a few primal fights. IIt was really friendly and it's what I would like to do in 2.0 too I guess.

Sadly, our LS leader still didn't give any sign of life yet. I'll give him a few days but if he don't come back it sounds like I'll have to look for a new home.
