CE 1.0 account already - registering to new "MOG" site?

I know that the new Mog (forgive me I have forgotten the name) site is not up yet, but my concern is with my existing CE 1.0 account. I just have the first account and did not buy a new one, so I am wondering if I will need to register my existing account on the new website. I have no idea where the box is right now as I have recently moved and it is in storage. Will my current registration on the Sq-Enix account system be ok or do I need to dig out this box somehow?

Boy I hope that made some kind of sense...:confused:

new Mog site? I don't even know what you're talking about.
Either way, I doubt you'd have to re-register anything. These new forums kept my posts from 1.0 lol, so I'm sure everything else will be fine without having to do extra stuff

I wouldn't panic too much since you have your account info (I assume since you're able to be on the forums), and they will probably do a transfer to the new system. I expect more information on the Mog Station in the next few days as well as account information details (I only saw one post on the beta forums by a Dev, so not too much is known). The service is scheduled to start August 27. :)

If you are just using your existing CE to play the game(not adding anything to it) you ought to be set to play at release as 1.0 CE players get to download the new game for free. I believe you'll get 15 days of free play before subscription fee kicks in. Notice for FFXIV 1.0 CE Owners

I came here looking exactly for this. I am in this exact same position and was confused about the Mog site. Even seeing the error tempted me to go buy early access, as I felt it might make the error go away.

When I signed onto the forum and saw my 1.0 character as a choice for my profile and it had my P4 progress in the jobs, I was less concerned.
