For those of you getting EU codes, where did you preorder?

I wanted to see if there was something in common with everyone getting EU codes from their pre order codes. Where did you pre order from?

I am still getting an EU code, even after changing my user settings and trying every browser under the sun.

I preordered from Green Man Gaming.

Also, should we be working this hard to pay a company to play their game?

Ordered from Amazon here. US site, EU code.

Ordered from SE's site got the EU code. after they 'fixed' the site, i used the 18 digit code again & got a NA code

they should be more specific about regional code in the first place.(both SE and GMG) :confused:

I got mine from EB Games (Canada). All my account info is supposedly NA, but getting an invalid/EU PSN code.

Ordered from Amazon, re entered my code and got the correct region.

Ordered from Amazon NA, got EU PSN code. I've tried re-entering my code after the supposed fix, but it's still giving me the same code as before.

SE Inc, NA region got EU code, now error 2'd

two friends have NA codes but need EU codes instead. Should start trading with each other instead of waiting for them fix this. Early Access is fast approaching who wants to sit here all day waiting for something to happen?
