There are some mistakes in these, but everything is complete up to rank 4 for classes, rank 2 for Grand Companies.

Most of the monster positions didn't change since Phase 3, but some of the monster levels have been adjusted. So if you find any mistakes, let me know :)

Also, since I used XIVDB.com for the data of other classes (I'm only Conjurer at this level), there is a bug that the website owners are aware about but didn't fix yet, where the 4th monster of a single hunting log page will not show. So if any are missing, also let me know!

A bump for those that like this kind of work. Rank 1-4 are done for all classes, and Rank 1-2 for the Grand Companies.
