Unable to use Beta registration code (region lock question)

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone could help who may have had a similar problem.

I registered a long time ago for the beta and just got my registration code, unfortunately it is region locked. I am in the UK and when i registered there was no option for UK/Europer so I put in US (I didn't realise it would be region locked).

My question is, can I get a new one or is there an alternative?

I tried to e-mail customer support but I got to the submit page and every time it just 'Failed to send the enquiry, There may be a technical problem. Please try again later.' which has happened for the past 2 days now.

Can anyone help?
