Nvidia beta driver 320.49 + some results.

Currently getting around 40% useage of both gpus and a decreased performance in the benchmark. lul..
Useage is all over the place even in idle.
That can't be good.
GTX 680 sli.
I hope they make it run like it should for the actual game.
Stats below, ran in the bench.

Seems there is a performance boost over the last drivers in single GPU mode only.
I got my 1k I lost in score, back with this driver.

Benchmark is old software. Use beta 3's build instead for testing as all the optimizations so far have been applied to that. It's been stated several time SLI is not yet supported, what you're seeing is normal for games and applications with no SLI support.

There is a sli profile in this driver for FFXIV ARR.
Look at the graphs.
It shows SLI working just at very bad rates.
Of course the B3 will be better to use for testing purposes.
This was mostly out of boredom.

Regardless I did get a performance increase in the bench over the last driver.
Hopefully I will not still be crashing.

FYI; both cards having a relatively constant load of 50% each means the game only ever treats it as ONE card. Exactly the same behavior as 1.0 had, and it had a SLI profile as well.

Meaning you DON'T get an advantage from using SLI (yet). I tested it with a 2x260GTX cards back then, I had exactly the same if not inferior framerates with two cards as I had with one and none of them ever went over 50% usage even though the framerate crashed to 20fps and below at those settings.

So just because the GPU is used doesn't mean SLI is being utilized.

Cross posting to both threads..

Saw good results with 320.49 (assuming no major patches got pushed on the SE side to the client). Had none of the freezing that I was seeing in previous weekends. Can't speak for all aspects of performance since I was only interested specifically in the freezing issue.

Any new info on this driver? before i download it i have a overclock asus 660GTX version.
