Which server will New Zealanders and Australians play on?

I was wondering which server would have the most players from there? Thanks for any answers.

Ridill had a good chunk last I remember. I suspect most will stay there since its datacenter will be in JP, closer to it than montreal.

A lot of Oceanic people are on Masamune

Too bad i haven't seen them on Sargatanas. I love the peeps from *"Crocodile" Dundee voice* Down Under. (^_^ )-b

I thought Sargatanas was thr unofficial NA oceanic server and Masamune was the unofficial JP oceanic server. For legacy anyway, new servers I heard it was tonberry?
I know me n my Aussie mates are seeing how Sargatanas ping is and I plan on scoping out Masamune in beta 3.

I'm sticking with Ridill, as it's easier that way - it's closer to Australia than the US servers are, at least, from where I live (although I'm going to create an alt on Balmung to pacify the role-playing demands of a friend of mine ;)).

As far as I have seen here and on the beta forums it is:

Legacy = Masamune (JP), Sargatanas (NA/EU)
New = Tonberry (JP), Adamantoise (NA/EU)

Wether or not you go to a JP or NA/EU server depends in either pings to Japan vs Montreal or preference in regards to language and ease of finding English speaking pugs etc.

It makes absolutely no sense to join an NA server, and it would only server to split the community.

Like I said people's performance may vary depending on their location and service provider. Also people may not want to play on a Japanese server regardless of ping. Saying that oceanics should only be on JP servers is quite restrictive.
