I don't know if this has been said yet but if i order the collector edition can i add the in-game items to my legacy account?

You can upgrade your normal account to a Collector's edition through the SE-Members account at a later date. If you want to preorder the PC version then you cannot link the CE items to that account since it is already registered with a non-CE registration code.
If you want the physical and pre-order items then you have to pre-order a PS3 version of the game and link it to the same account. If you only want the in-game CE items then wait until they announce they upgrade feature at a later date =) -

If your Legacy account is from a 1.0 Collector's Edition, you get them without having to do anything,
If your Legacy account is Standard Edition, you can purchase an upgrade instead of a 2.0 CE for the in-game items.
If you buy a 2.0 CE for PC, you can't add it to your Legacy account. However, if you buy the 2.0 PS3 CE, you can add it and you will get the in-game items, but you do need to do the registration on a PS3, so you have to have access to the console.

The pre-order code is separate, so you can add it to whichever service account you like!
