We are only 9 days from the start of Phase 3 Beta testing. As of yet we have received no information concerning testing for the PS3 which is supposed to be conducted at the same time. Is SE on schedule to start on the 14th. When will we receive information concerning the selection process, download instructions and preliminary manuals for the PS3 testing? If downloading is typical for the PS3 it will probably take a whole day to set it up on the PS3. Time's a wasting.
Take a whole day to download. So nothing to worry about for another week at least. The will release the download info when they are ready to release the PC version as well. It is not going to be that complicated!
I expect it to be at least 3-4 days before the beta starts. A lot of people still don't have super-fast Internet speeds. And SE datacenters don't have super-fast times 100,000 speed. :)
PS3 downloads any game slow regardless of your connection then you have to do a super slow install. pc launcher is fast if you have a constant connection that wont throttle on you.
