preordrting the collectors edition

Anyone having issue preordering the collectors edition at Game Stop? They still don't have the SKU for it, only the regular edition.

I just want it preordered!

Yeah, I had the same issue with them myself. I ordered mine off Amazon after I saw that it was being sold there.

Yep... just order it off Amazon for now. To the best of my knowledge, you shouldn't get charged until it ships, plus if Gamestop eventually stop being irritating and begin carrying the CE, you can always cancel from Amazon.

By the way, FFXIV: ARR pre-oders are now the #1 Best seller on the PS3 RPG listings on Amazon

I'm totally hoping it can break the "one million copies sold in opening week" record.

I received my pre-order codes in a separate email about 24 hours later. They say it can take up to 4 business days from date of placing the order.

ok thanks alot, now i gota wait for Uk one to have the PS3 CE edition

We went to the local Gamestop here, and the gal at the register said they're still working on it being added to their list (said the hold up is on SE's end, not theirs).

Yeah, for some reason only the gamestops in Canada (EBgames) have the collector's edition sku yet. My advice is to just periodically do a search at gamestop.com for ffxiv and if the collector's edition doesn't show up, you can't pre-order it yet.

My guess is it won't be available until around E3. But who knows?
