Upgrade to CE and Preorder items

Can we preorder the digital upgrade to CE for the preorder items, if we already had the standard edition?

Probably not, since you're not actually PREORDERING anything.

That doesn't sound like it will have a possibility to pre-order the upgrade status.

ya my understand it's something you pay for a fee to upgrade your account to CE and you get all the CE items. But to get the pre-order items you have to pre-order the game itself.
