PS3 Pre-Order (Physical Collectors Edition) for EU

Hi there,
I can't find the pre-order for the PS3 Collector's Edition (physical copy) on the EU site. The NA one has a link to a shop, but I can only find the digital versions for EU.

Have they not gone up yet?
