Problem with BETA activation

Hi. I received the email confirmation for BETA test, but I can't activate the service at SE Account Management System (here a copy of instructions email).

The instructions says:

But, already at step 2, theres no option "Add a service account" (here a copy of my screen).

Am I forgeting something? I confess that I always find the SE Account Management System overly complex, with too many steps to do simple things, but now I think I already got used to this and I realy don't know why I can't find this option.

I would love to have the chance to participate of BETA test. I'm anxious to play FF14 again and, who knows, to try to help in the rebuilding of this already awsome game!

BETA is still under NDA so no one that's in can say anything. I think the Devs are in between phases so you won't be able to sign in until Phase 3 starts?

I recommend sending in a ticket. Using the Lodestone for BETA stuff can get you banned.

I sent a ticket before come here. Moreover, I came here just because the ticket answer said so. Actually, the answer for my last ticket said to me post my question at "BETA forum" (http://forum.square-enix.com/ARR-Test/). I know here isn't the BETA forum, but I came here cuz I simply can't login there. The login, at BETA forum, until works, but the forum opens this way, and always I click any link, the forum ask for login again, and again, over and over... I never can access the content or, much less, post anything.

I expected some admin read this topic and could help me.
I'm trying another ticket in parallel to this.
