Problem with Willeda NPC

Hi there, when i talk with Willelda (i hate this npc) the games get blocked and I just can move the camera or talk in the chat... I tried to go away from the keybord for about 2-3H, but nothing was changed... So I had to loggoff-> login.. Can anyone help me? I need to talk with this npc to unlock the possibility to buy Pikermanship :/

I've talked with this npc to get the first and secondo Guild Quest.. Then I had no possibility to talk her again

Hi I have the same exact problem. Anytime i talk to Willelda screen stays fixed on her and no matter what I press it wont stop. Have to crash the game to get out

You can only get the dialogue box up when talking to her as a Lancer.
